The hotel offers rooms with a million dollar view of the hills. The rooms come with a patio, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking scenery. The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is in the center of town and close to everything down the hill. You can easily explore the surrounding area and find convenience at the nearby 7-11 store. The staff at this hotel provide exceptional service. One family member, who is fluent in English, goes above and beyond to assist guests and make them feel welcome. Their attention to detail is truly impressive. The basic amenities provided by the hotel are top-notch. The rooms are immaculate, beautiful, and well-equipped. Plus, the free tea from their own tea plantation is a nice touch.

The view from my room was breathtaking, with lush green hills all around and a serene atmosphere. the food in the restaurant was delicious and authentic, with a wide range of local cuisine to choose from. the staff was extremely friendly and made me feel at home. One of the best things about the place was the easy access to nearby attractions and activities, like hiking and tea tasting.
Although the staff tried their best to communicate in English, it was still difficult to get accurate information about the area and what to do. I also found the lack of amenities and modern facilities to be a bit of a challenge, like no gym or pool.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with stunning views of the tea plantations. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby town and surrounding area, and there is plenty of parking available. the family who run the hotel were very helpful and kind, offering great information about local attractions and things to do.
The complimentary breakfast left much to be desired and was very minimal. The lack of English fluency among the staff made communication difficult at times.
